Dr. Jinwoo Park

DDS, FAGD, FICOI

My mission as a healthcare provider is simple: to help you live a healthy, fulfilling, and pain-free life by removing the barriers that stand in your way.

Over the years, I’ve found that the biggest roadblocks to dental care are time, cost, and fear. My training in IV sedation dentistry allows me to address all three. We get more done in fewer visits, reduce long-term costs, and make the entire experience more comfortable.

A successful appointment means you leave with real results—and peace of mind—without needing to come back again and again. IV sedation also ensures that your visit is as calm and comfortable as possible.

Breaking Down Barriers to Care, One Patient at a Time

Dr. Jinwoo Park, a general dentist with advanced training in IV sedation, wisdom tooth removal, and implant dentistry, also offers orthodontic treatments, including clear aligners and straight-wire braces, a modern and gentle approach to achieving a well-aligned smile efficiently.

Dr. Park graduated from the University of California, San Francisco, and completed the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at the UTHealth Science Center in Houston. He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, two highly regarded institutions in the field of continuing dental education.

A Little Dentistry Goes a Long Way

While Dr. Park performs full smile makeovers, he believes that even a small treatment can make a big impact.

“Just one molar can reduce chewing efficiency by a third,” he explains. “Over time, that imbalance wears down the other side and leads to discomfort. It might not seem dramatic, but it has a huge effect on quality of life.”

Personalized, Patient-Centered Care

Every treatment plan begins with a conversation.

Dr. Park considers your dental history, personal goals, and budget before recommending care. “Treating a patient goes beyond looking into their mouth,” he says. “Once we understand the big picture, we build a plan that aligns with your story.”

It’s a Family Thing

Dentistry runs in the family. Dr. Park grew up watching his father care for patients, and those early memories sparked a lifelong interest in healthcare. Once he saw how dentistry could change lives, he decided to follow in his father’s footsteps.

Texas Is Home

Originally from South Korea, Dr. Park moved to the U.S. at 15 to pursue his education. Since then, he and his wife, Grace, have lived across the country before settling in Texas, where they say it finally feels like home.

Always Learning

As both mentor and mentee, Dr. Park is a lifelong student of dentistry. He stays current with new tools and techniques that make your visits more efficient, effective, and comfortable.
